MLSS Poster Sessions

Bring along a poster! MLSS is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work.

Note that it is possible to present posters already on April 24, the day before MLSS starts:

Instructions for Poster Presentations

Posters should be in A0 size in portrait orientation (width 85cm, height 120cm).

The poster boards have width 95cm and height 150cm. Note that the boards are not wide enough to hold an A0 poster in landscape orientation!

Time: April 24, 17:10-20:00
Location: Grand Hotel, Hvammur room

For the joint AISTATS/MLSS poster session on Thursday April 24, we have a very high turnout for AISTATS this year, and the poster sessions will be somewhat crowded, so it is important to have the posters set up before the session starts.
For the Thursday April 24 session, MLSS student posters can be hung in Hvammur (see map below) on a first-come first-served basis between 15:00 and 17:00, and should be left mounted for the Friday poster session as well; they need to be taken down after the Friday poster session. If there is not enough room for all MLSS posters in Hvammur, students may spill into the overflow area just outside the main exhibit area.

Location: Grand Hotel, Hvammur room

For the Friday April 25 session, MLSS student posters should preferably have been set up already during the previous poster session on Thursday, and left there for the Friday poster session. If you cannot attend the Thursday poster session, we recommend to set up the poster in Hvammur on a first-come first-served basis during the lunch break 13:30-15:00. Posters need to be taken down at the end of the session.
